Purpose:
This role strengthens the connection between diaspora sponsors, Caribbean clinics, and our internal care coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with diaspora organizations such as churches, social groups, and professional associations
• Support new sponsors throughout the onboarding process
• Coordinate with clinics in Jamaica regarding scheduling and service updates
• Collect feedback from sponsors and care recipients to improve the overall experience

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills, comfort working across cultures, and experience in healthcare navigation or community outreach. A commitment to improving access to care in the Caribbean is highly valued.
