Purpose:
This role strengthens the connection between diaspora sponsors, Jamaican clinics, and our internal care coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with diaspora organizations such as churches, social groups, and professional associations
• Support new sponsors throughout the onboarding process
• Coordinate with clinics in Jamaica regarding scheduling and service updates
• Collect feedback from sponsors and care recipients to improve the overall experience

Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills, comfort working across cultures, and experience in healthcare navigation or community outreach. A commitment to improving access to care in the Caribbean is highly valued.

Purpose:
This role helps build the platform that allows sponsors to track activity, receive updates, and interact with clinics securely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user features for the sponsor dashboard
• Build backend services that integrate with clinic systems 
• Implement security features to protect all sponsor and patient information
• Monitor platform performance and reliability

Ideal Candidate:
At least three years of software engineering experience, familiarity with cloud platforms, experience with APIs, and an interest in health technology and international collaboration.
