Island Echoes Health supports care coordination and navigation within existing healthcare systems, with a focus on follow up, transparency, and continuity of care.
Island Echoes Health is a care coordination and navigation platform focused on supporting Caribbean families, caregivers, and local providers. We help people navigate existing healthcare systems by improving follow up, visibility, and continuity of care across clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies.
Our work is designed to support, not replace, public healthcare systems. We focus on the practical gaps families face when care is fragmented, delayed, or difficult to track.
Across the Caribbean, healthcare services exist, but navigating care can be difficult. Appointments, referrals, tests, medications, and follow up often happen across facilities that do not communicate with one another.
As a result, care is delayed, follow up is missed, and families lack visibility into what actually happened. These challenges are especially difficult for elderly adults, people managing chronic conditions, and families supporting loved ones from abroad.
The issue is not simply cost, but coordination, visibility, and follow through.
Island Echoes Health helps families and caregivers stay informed and involved by coordinating care steps and tracking follow up.
